Riviera dei Fiori
Choose your Wellness Hotel in the Riviera dei Fiori and explore the surrounding areas
The Riviera dei Fiori is a rich and diverse territory waiting to be discovered. Famous for the Sanremo Festival, this stretch of the Ligurian coast from Andora to the French border owes its name to its pleasant, mild climate, perfect for floriculture.
A vacation on the Ligurian Riviera, especially in the Riviera dei Fiori, appeals to everyone, offering a generous mix of sea and mountains, hills and forests, bays and coves. There are plenty of ideas on what to do and see near Diano Marina.
Towards the French Riviera
A must-do during your stay in the Riviera dei Fiori is a visit to the nearby French Riviera. Keep in mind that we are approximately a 1-hour drive from the Principality of Monaco and Monte Carlo, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Nice, and about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Cannes.
Riviera dei Fiori ... and Olive Oil!
In addition to its natural beauty and Ligurian landscapes, you can indulge in genuine local products. Orchards painstakingly cultivated by farmers on stone terraces produce extra virgin olive oil with low acidity (made from the renowned “Taggiasca” olive, delightful even in brine) and fine wines such as Vermentino and Pigato.
Villages for Every Taste
The Riviera dei Fiori boasts both glamorous coastal towns perfect for traditional tourism, such as Alassio, Sanremo, and Diano Marina itself, as well as medieval hilltop villages of rare beauty like Cervo, Triora, Apricale, Dolceacqua, Pigna, and Bussana Vecchia.
Cervo
Just a stone’s throw from Diano Marina lies the medieval gem of Cervo, overlooking the sea. Don’t miss the stunning panorama from the square in front of the majestic Church of St. John the Baptist. Equally intriguing is the Ethnographic Museum, which sheds light on the life of Ligurian farmers.
Imperia
In the provincial capital, be sure to visit the International Naval Museum of the Ligurian Ponente overlooking the tourist harbour of Porto Maurizio. Also worth visiting are the impressive Porto Maurizio Cathedral at the foot of Parasio promontory, and the Olive Oil Museum in Imperia Oneglia.
Savona and Surroundings

In the province of Savona, we recommend exploring Alassio with its famous “Budello” of shops and the iconic “Muretto.”
